Moreover, research will be conducted on attempted or successful efforts to compromise the security systems.

What youll do:

Your team is responsible for preventing and investigating information security alerts by determining the source and destination of the threats and collaborating with other teams for risk mitigation purposes. Analyze and correlate sources of threat intelligence and security events that come from various tools such as SIEM, IDS, system logs etc. Provide information and report to management regarding impact of breaches to confidentiality, integrity, availability, or disruption to delivery of services.Responsibilities may include working with internal or external parties (clients, vendors, contractors, etc.) in conjunction with other teams (Client Care, Professional Services, etc.) to address issues as needed. May also be involved with, and act as an interface to, corporate peers on implementation of company-wide security solutions. Constantly focus on developing and improving process, documentation and best practice techniques within SOC. Demonstrate proactiveness with regards to alerts fine tuning and threat intelligence research. You are responsible for creating security products and initiatives and creating value, developing

new market opportunities on existing Adobe products and services with emphasis on using of security features and services to expand market opportunity.Proactive identification of security problems - partnering with other business leaders and thinking through all of the elements of the process. You will be found proactively turning over rocks and looking for threatsand engaging with product, people, customers.

What you need to succeedThis position requires strong technical, communications and problem solving skills and the ability to engage and interact with numerous teams. The ideal candidate would be top notch security analyst with a passion towards troubleshooting and incident hunting.Candidates should be able to demonstrate deep competency in most or all of the requirements listed below:Experience with Splunk and Splunk ESFamiliarity with IDS types, similarities and usageExperience with McAfee ePOVery good understanding of IOC typesExperience with networking concepts, protocols and technologiesFamiliarity with Linux based operating systems (CentOS, RHEL, Kali) and security hardeningFamiliarity with Windows based operating systems and security hardeningExperience with Amazon Web ServicesExperience with Configuration Management solutions such as Chef, Puppet, or SaltStackPacket analysis experience (Wireshark)Basic experience of data parsing (Python, BASH, grep, SED, AWK, etc.)Experience with one or more development or scripting languages suited for system administration and automation, such as Ruby, Python, Perl, PHP, Java/Javascript, ShellExcellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating the ability to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-?technical audiencesExcellent information management practices, such as thorough documentation, usage of wikis, blogs and other collaboration toolsKnowledge of ITIL process framework

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent with 10+ years of working experience in enterprise security sector
  • Demonstrated experience in leading a team of 5 or more individual contributors, including 5 years engineering management experience
  • Experience with Amazon Web Services with a good understanding of its various offerings (e.g. EC2, S3, VPC/VPN, and Route53). Experience with other cloud providers a plus
  • Experienced with RedHat Linux and Windows operating systems
  • JIRA and Confluence master
  • Excellent communications and presentation skills, both written and verbal with both customers and executives
  • Experience with Managed Services and technical operations
  • Demonstrate excellent Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and enthusiasm for customer success
  • Demonstrate ability to collaborate effectively and work with teams and leadership
  • SPECIAL CONSIDERATION GIVEN FOR:

    Masters degree or other advanced education

    Experience working for a global technology company

    Prior account management and/or project management experience with Fortune 500 clients

    Knowledge of and experience with digital marketing technologies

    Prior experience with customer success in a SaaS, or Managed Services company

    Experience using digital marketing products hosted in cloud infrastructure

    Consulting and/or technical training experience
