As a Title Assistant you will report directly to an Escrow Processing Manager. You will assist the process by clearing, collecting, processing files, and while monitoring correspondence and documents for an Escrow Team. You will maintain files and records while providing exceptional customer service to all parties of the transaction. You will also assist with phone calls, scheduling, and other duties as needed. There are several paths for progression and you may someday help perform quality control by checking vesting and legal on Trust and Warranty Deeds. Eventually, you can run your own team, if you stay with us long enough to become an Escrow Officer. You will have the option to work from home with the hours of 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, but you must demonstrate self motivation.
**Must reside in Utah, Idaho, Arizona, Nevada, or Colorado (or be willing to relocate to one of those states).** Performance Expectations: You will be expected to efficiently maintain emails. This includes professional responses, prioritizing their importance, and responding within 20 min of receiving the email. All calls are to be handled in a professional manner. Melisa has a lot of experience working in Title and working with Homie. She enjoys the company values and culture and agrees with all of us homies that this is the future of Real Estate.
