LKL Associates is looking to hire a Front Counter Representative. You will be the first point of contact when customers arrive at our store. Construction experience preferred. The ability to speak English and Spanish is strongly preferred.

  • Will be in charge to answer customer phone calls.
  • Help customer at the store with their purchasing.
  • We are seeking a motivated and bilingual person English/Spanish is required.
  • We work Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 5:00 pm.
  • Preparing some special orders.
  • Ability to communicate with managers and customers.
  • Keep the front desk area clean and maintain a professional appearance at all time.
  • Start work orders and follow the process to receive a customer’s vehicle
  • Greet and welcome customers as soon as they arrive at the shop

  • Construction experience a plus
  • Good organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Self-motivated, responsible and accountable. This is a fast-paced, take-charge kind of role
  • Accurately handle money
  • Multitasking, prioritizing and stress management skills are essential
  • The ability to speak English and Spanish a plus
  • Minimum age 18
