Our data scientists and software engineers are working hard to make this a reality. We are turning data from our dispatch software, patrol tools, records management programs, and communications systems into actionable intelligence. Our UI/UX designers are at work putting that intelligence into the field. We want our customers to know this.

Job Description

To support this mission, you will be responsible for creating persuasive sales proposals that highlight company advantages. You will craft responses to customer questions, and coordinate with subject matter experts to ensure each document is both accurate and compelling.

  • Coordinate sales proposals
  • Analyze customer requests for proposals (RFPs) to understand requirements
  • Identify opportunities and challenges in order to craft winning responses
  • Coordinate team responsibilities, schedule meetings, and set timelines
  • Organize content into a well-formatted, cohesive document
  • Develop a variety of sales documents (e.g., letters, project justifications,etc.)
  • Review competitor materials to regularly enhance sales deliverables
  • Ability to work within strict deadlines
  • Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelors Degree preferred (preferably a background in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field)
  • 1+ years of working experience
  • Positive attitude with the willingness to learn and collaborate
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in persuasive writing
  • Strong multi-tasking, organizational, and time management skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Internet, and email
  • This position is subject to working in high security areas governed by the US Department of Justice's Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Security Policyand therefore requires successfully passing a more stringent fingerprint background checkadministered by Motorola Solutions Inc. customers
  • Basic Requirements

  • High School diploma required
  • 1+ years of working experience
  • Must be able to obtain background clearance as required by government customer
