WHAT YOU WILL DO:
As an Inside Salesand Retention Agent, you will help take inbound inside sales calls as well as help retain NorthStar customers. You will do a variety of things including make outbound calls to existing customers and utilize your sales skills to extend customer agreement periods, take inbound customer phone calls, use skills to overcome customer concerns, work with customers to resolve concerns, accurately process paperwork, maintain knowledge of products and services, update customer accounts with notes after interactions. You will also work closely with our Customer Service departments to provide exceptional customer service. Excellent commission opportunity for highly money motivated individuals, with a guaranteed base wage!

WHAT THE IDEALINSIDE SALES & RETENTION AGENT SHOULD BRING TO THE TABLE:
Fluent in English, both verbal and written (bilingual Spanish-speaking is a plus)
Exceptional Sales Skills
Strong social skills
Ability to deal with rejection
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to handle difficult situations and escalated customer calls
Demonstrated ability to work independently
Effective time management and ability to multi-task
Comfortable using a computer and learning our software platforms
Ability to type 40 WPM
Strong work ethic
WHAT WILL HELP YOU EXCEL AS AN INSODE SALES/ RETENTION AGENT (NOT REQUIRED):
Prior sales or customer retention experience
Basic understanding of NorthStar or connected home industry
Ability to relate with customers
Obsessed with giving our customers the BEST service
