DAY SHIFT - SANITATION SUPERVISOR'S ROLE - SALT LAKE CITY, UT

Are you looking for a day shift opportunity with great hours? You will work Monday - Friday, 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. and rarely a Saturday. This is your chance to work for a company who focuses on the employees, their safety, their education, and advancement. This opportunity allows you to lead the sanitation team, mentor new hires, enforce sanitation regulations, and lead the facility in maintain compliance. You will be the leader in utilizing your excellent experience to provide a safe work environment for the manufacturing facility.

  • What this position can do for you:

  • Allows you the privilege of leading, training, and mentoring the sanitation team.
  • The ability to generate and manage the Master Sanitation Schedule.
  • Utilize your massive knowledge and ability to lead the Environmental Monitoring program.
  • Use your sanitation auditing experience to ensure a clean work environment for everyone.
  • Authority to generate the approved chemical list for the company.
  • Utilize your experience to manage the Pest Control program.
  • Work directly with the Production Manager, Quality Assurance Manager, and other members of the management team to keep them informed of sanitation procedures and progress.
  • What you must bring to be successful:

  • High school diploma, an Associates degree preferred but not required.
  • 3 years of sanitation supervisory experience in manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of sanitation chemicals, storage requirements, and labeling requirements.
  • Knowledge and experience with SOP’s, 5S standards, and auditing protocols.
  • Ability to conduct performance appraisals for direct reports.
