Regional Sales Account Executive (Kamas) in Kamas, UT

  • Type: Full Time is seeking a top producing field-based senior level sales executive in the Western US (ideally Northern CA, WA, OR or UT) to fill the Regional Sales Account Executive position. The selected sales executive will manage an assigned geographic territory and be responsible for the territories growth and development. This is a top level sales position with an industry leading company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Generate sales revenue through new and existing clients within an assigned territory by selling RDC Online marketing and advertising and managed services solutions
Service and train customers to best use their RDC online marketing solutions
Develop and execute a strategic business plan to maintain and grow revenue in your assigned region
Consult with real estate business executives on the benefits of online marketing, RDC and managed services
Schedule meetings, trainings and travel throughout assigned region
Prepare meeting presentations and proposals
Ability to work in a team environment to maximize regional growth
Provide weekly pipeline and schedule
Attend national, regional and local industry events as required
Education, Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum of 5 years outside sales experience
Experience working with business owners and executives
Consultative sales experience and closing skills
Ability to work independently in a home office environment
Real Estate industry experience
Ability to travel over night 50% of the time
Strong organizational skills, energy and enthusiasm
Ability to excel in a fast paced environment
Strong presentation skills
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
Strong computer skills with MS Office and Internet
