Location: 198 East 1600 South BLD 4 Provo, Utah 84606

Job Type:Inbound Customer Service

Hours of Operation:6 AM -10 PM daily

Salary:$12.00/hour

$0.50 increase after 6 months
Monthly bonuses


Schedules: Full-time & Part-time options after training

Flexibility for students
No shift bids


Training:4 weeks paid; Full-time

1:30 PM 10:00 PM, Mon - Fri


Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
At least 18 years or older
Pass a background check


Skills & Qualifications:

Basic computer knowledge and understanding
Ability to successfully navigate multiple screens
Friendly & empathetic personality
Basic navigation knowledge of websites & apps
Strong problem-solving skills
Effective communication via phone
Dependable with high self-accountability


Job Overview:

Inbound U.S. customer calls, no sales
Answer a variety of credit card questions
Website/app support & troubleshooting
Provide accurate information on every call
No average handle time expectation
