The project manager oversees varying team projects from inception through completion, and focuses to 1.) optimize team performance in executing major initiatives, and 2.) continually report progress to stakeholders.These often complex, strategic projects frequently include stakeholders and contributors from external organizations and across multiple internal departments and levels.
